This new construction was completed in 2011 as a residential building featuring 8 condominium apartments with balconies and accessory off-street parking. Located in the Brighton Beach neighborhood of Brooklyn, this contemporary style implements the use of a multi-textured facade with different degrees of insets retreating from the front to create dimension and livable outdoor space. Total project area is 15,000 SF.
